Results matter. Nothing more. Nothing less. I first became acquainted with Debra Gallo’s work when I looked at promotional materials she created for one of our feeder schools. I was impressed at the start. Debra re-vitalized our programs’ promotional materials changing them from drab and unappealing to vibrant, eye-catching, professional-looking sales tools. She created an engagement system with our clients that resulted in increased attendance in our open houses as well as enrollment in our programs. We saw a 200% increase in enrollment in our summer program and an 18% increase in enrollment in our 3- year transition program for students with neurologically based disabilities including individuals with autism. We achieved those results within the first year thanks to Debra’s efforts and collegial work with my team at the Vocational Independence Program.
